Our Services
Compassion Integrity Humanity
Collaboraide exists to help improve the health and wellbeing of people facing loss, grief and isolation in our community. We do this by contributing to meaningful social change at an individual, group, community and societal level.
Collaboraide’s logo with three outstretched arms represents our three aspects of care:
Specialist professional supervision and mentoring to individuals and groups
We bring over twenty years’ experience working in palliative and bereavement care to supervisory relationships with individuals and teams working in these sectors. We draw on an existential framework acknowledging the integration of the mind, heart and soul in walking alongside the dying and bereaved. We bring compassion and curiosity to our conversations.
Project and research consultancy
Our multidisciplinary experience in behavioural science research, social work and project management - across hospitals, universities, government and non-for-profits - affords us a rare perspective when it comes to witnessing and responding to death, dying and bereavement. We work flexibly, to gather relevant knowledge and bring the right people to the table to drive evidence-informed projects rich in the voice of the lived experience.
Bespoke bereavement counselling
We offer specialist bereavement counselling in the context of child death. We draw on over twenty years of practice in the tertiary health and not for profit sectors. We integrate the experience and rich learnings from hundreds of bereaved parents and other family members we have walked alongside through the devastation of child loss. We listen deeply, we companion rather than lead, we sit in the depth of suffering rather than shying away from pain.
